Children who often receive attention because they cannot take appropriate actions - actions appropriate to the situation.

本会は名称を「わこう かめわこ」とする。（以下「本会」という）

 

Article 2 (Purpose)

Mutual support is provided through information exchange, study sessions, etc. to parents who are raising children who feel it is difficult to raise (with certain characteristics).

 

第3条（活動内容）

本会は、第2条の目的達成の為に次の活動を行う。

(1) 会員相互の親睦を図り 情報交換を行う

(2) 定期的に 学習会を

(3) その他必要な活動を行う

 

第4条（会員）

(1)  第2条 の 目的に賛同するものを会員とする。　会員心得については細則で定める。

(2) The names, dates of birth, addresses, and telephone numbers of members who belong to the Association shall be kept as a list, and shall be updated in the event of any change.

 

Article 5 (Officers)

The Association shall have the following officers and constitute a Board of Directors.

(1) 1 chairman

The chairperson represents the association and performs the affairs of the association.

(2) 1 vice president

The Vice-President assists the President and acts as Acting President

(3) Treasurer 1 person

(4) Secretariat A few people

The term of office of officers shall be one year. However, reappointment is not prohibited.

 

Article 6 (Expulsion)

When a member of the association defames the association or commits an act contrary to the purpose, the member can be expelled by a resolution of the officers.

 

Article 7 (Membership fees, etc.)

(1) Members must pay membership fees. Membership fees are stipulated in detailed regulations.

(2) Membership fees already paid will not be refunded.

 

Article 8 (Fiscal year)

The fiscal year of the Association shall begin on April 1st and end on March 31st of the following year.

 

Article 9 (Establishment of Detailed Regulations)

(1) Establish detailed rules to express the rules for members of the Association.

(2) Establish detailed rules for payment of membership fees.

(3) The content of the bylaws shall be determined by the Board of Directors.

 

Article 10 (Others)

Amendments to the rules and other necessary matters shall be decided by the Board of Directors.

 

Supplementary provision

• This will come into effect on September 13, 2013.

• Article 7(membership fees, etc.) andArticle 9(Establishment of Detailed Regulations) will be revised from April 1, 2014.
